I believe in the mind-body-soul connection, and that its alignment and synchronicity will lead to us living more enriched lives being mindful and in gratitude. OCD, Depression, Generalised Anxiety Disorder etc., are mere labels to me, that represent a group of symptoms, but they definitely do not define who you are as an individual – so helping you move beyond those labels, guiding you in understanding what you are going through at a deeper emotional level and dealing with the root emotional cause of your physical / mental ailments, will be the point of focus in our work together.
A ‘disease’ in the physical body can find its roots in a ‘dis-ease’ in the mind, and that is why I believe in working with deep seeded emotions, in enabling you to do so and making that bond with yourself so strong, will help you deal with any hurdle that comes your way with confidence.
